Things to Do in Peppa Pig Theme Park, Florida

Peppa… Noah’s long time favorite piggy becomes the first character he meets in real life.

Living in Florida, hours away from all the theme parks, it was about time we start our theme park journey for our little buddy. And we decided on Peppa (along with LEGOLAND), as we felt it was a great starter theme park for any little kid.

The Peppa Pig Theme Park is a gem for families, especially those with young children, precisely because of its smaller size and less intimidating atmosphere. Unlike larger parks where the rides and attractions can be overwhelming, everything here is designed for small kids.

The gentle rides, the shorter wait times, and the approachable scale ensure kids feel comfortable and engaged.

Tailor-made for pint-sized adventurers, this enchanting park is a paradise where the colorful pages of the beloved children’s series come to life. From the moment you step through the gates, you’re transported into Peppa’s universe.

Your kids will be charmed by the delightful array of activities suited for toddlers to young children, promising a day filled with joyous laughter and adorable memories. Whether you’re soaring up high with Peppa on a balloon ride, splashing in the infamous Muddy Puddles, or singing along with Peppa and friends at a live show, there’s a slice of adventure around every corner. Here’s a sneak peek into the Noah’s giggles and fun with his beloved Peppa!!

Where is Peppa Pig Theme Park?

The Peppa Pig Theme Park is located in Winter Haven, Florida, right next to the LEGOLAND Florida Resort. It’s a stand-alone park but is conveniently situated right next to to the larger LEGOLAND park, allowing families to potentially enjoy both attractions if they wish.

This central Florida location makes it accessible for those visiting some of the state’s other major attractions in the Orlando area. It’s about two and half hours from our home in Fort Pierce, so it was a small mini trip over for us to Winter Heaven.

Winter Haven is known for its beautiful chain of lakes. There are over 50 of them within the city’s boundaries, making it a popular spot for boating, fishing, water skiing, and other water sports.

We stayed in a peaceful and quiet Airbnb lake house 20 minutes from the parks, and loved our 4 nights, chilling and relaxing in between the two theme parks.

The home came with kayaks, and it was first time for Noah to try on his hands kayaking on Lake Idylwild.

    Peppa Pig Theme Park Attractions

Designed with the littlest adventurers in mind, it brings the world of Peppa Pig to life through a variety of interactive attractions and activities. Here’s what makes it such a special place for families:

Ride Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster: A gentle roller coaster that gives children a thrilling, yet child-friendly, ride experience. The roller coaster offers just enough excitement for little ones without being too fast or too high, making it an excellent introduction to roller coasters for youngsters.

The coaster track is designed with gentle turns and slight dips. Noah was very comfortable and keep on asking for one more ride after another.

Explore Peppa Pig’s House: Exploring Peppa Pig’s House is like stepping right into a beloved episode of the series. This life-sized replica of Peppa’s own home is interactive, allowing young fans and their families to wander through the rooms and engage with the environment.

Visitors can expect to find many of the familiar settings from the show, including the kitchen where Daddy Pig makes his famous pancakes, the living room with the family’s favorite sofa, and of course, Peppa and George’s bedrooms, filled with their toys and muddy puddle footprints.

Get Soaked at Muddy Puddles Splash Pad: A water play area to splash and play, just like Peppa loves to do. This splash zone is a haven for children to cool off and play in water features, with geysers, water jets, and fountains that mimic the splashing of real muddy puddles.

The attraction’s design focuses on safe, water-based fun, encouraging kids to laugh, jump, and splash to their hearts’ content in a controlled and inviting outdoor setting. It’s the perfect way to add a splash of refreshment to a warm Florida day, and with its colorful Peppa-themed decor.

Join the Fun at George’s Fort: Climb and explore in this playground designed with little adventurers in mind. Named after Peppa’s little brother, this attraction is themed like a castle fort in the middle of a maze and offers a variety of physical play elements, such as climbing structures, slides, and lookouts.

Meet Peppa and Friends: Character meet-and-greets that give children the opportunity to hug and take pictures with their favorite characters. Noah was super thrilled to hug his childhood favorite piggy.

Take Flight on Peppa Pig’s Balloon Ride: Soar to the skies in a colorful balloon ride. As families step into one of the brightly colored balloon baskets, they’re gently lifted up into the air, providing a bird’s-eye view of the park and surrounding areas.

The balloons, decorated in a medley of vibrant hues and featuring adorable character designs, circle around a central point, mimicking the classic hot-air balloon ride experience, but with a fun Peppa Pig twist. The ride moves at a leisurely pace, which is perfect for young children and their families to enjoy the sensation of flight without the intensity of faster rides.

Ride Grandad Dog’s Pirate Boat Ride: A gentle boat ride adventure with pirate-themed fun.

Ride on Grampy Rabbit’s Dinosaur Adventure: Embark on a prehistoric journey aboard friendly dinosaurs. Well, daddy and son had to ride this out together 🙂

Cinema: Take a break from the outdoor fun and relax on a beanbag with your little ones to unwind while watching some of your favorite episodes of Peppa Pig on the big screen in their indoor cinema!

Mr. Bull’ s High Striker: Test your strength on Mr. Bull’s hammer and bell ride! Once the hammer hits the bell on Mr. Bull’s High Striker, you and your family will lift straight up to the sky. Be prepared for a surprise because, after all, what goes up, must come down on this kid-friendly drop ride! Again this one was super fun for my little one.

Peppa’ s Pedal Bike Tour: Little ones will pedal their way through a camping adventure in the woods, through icy mountains to see the sights, smells and sounds of the great outdoors! Smaller cyclists can enjoy George’s shorter pedal path adventure on tricycles built just for them!

Food and Meals Inside the Park

While the Peppa Pig Theme Park is brimming with fun attractions and rides for the little ones, when it comes to dining options, the offerings are more on the modest side.

LEGOLAND is right next door, sharing the same parking lot, and offers lots of different places to eat, from fast food to sit-down meals, with plenty of choices for everyone.

When you visit the Peppa Pig Theme Park with a two-park pass, which also grants you access to LEGOLAND Florida, you’re not just doubling the fun with rides and attractions, but you’re also vastly expanding your options for dining.

Although we ate at the single dining room offered at Peppa Park this time around, in the future we will definitely take the short walk next door for better food options.

    Shopping for Exclusive Merchandise:

Visit the gift shop to find exclusive Peppa Pig souvenirs to remember your day. The gift shop within the park is full of unique Peppa Pig-themed items, from plush toys and apparel to homeware and collectibles.

Visitors can browse through a colorful array of products, allowing them to take home a special piece of their day. Whether it’s a soft toy version of George, Peppa’s little brother, or a custom t-shirt, its always fun to shop for that Peppa souvenir!!

Noah already had Peppa, so he picked up George and his toy Dinosaur this time around.

    Conclusion

We highly recommend Peppa Pig Theme Park for families, especially for those with young children. The park’s intimate size, friendly atmosphere, and abundance of Peppa-themed attractions make it ideal for little ones to enjoy without feeling overwhelmed.

Noah’s joy and laughter as he explored and played all day with his favorite characters will always make this little Peppa World very special to us.
