Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a large bowl, blend together sugar and butter until smooth, then blend in egg.
- Gradually blend in the flour mixture.
- Roll dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
