    Ingredients

    • 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
    • 2 cups of water
    • Pinch of salt

    Instructions

    1. Place quinoa, water and salt in a large microwave safe bowl and mix well.
    2. Cover with a plate and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
    3. Stir, place plate back on and microwave an additional 2 minutes.
    4. Let sit, covered, for about five minutes while remaining water absorbs.
