Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
- 2 cups of water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place quinoa, water and salt in a large microwave safe bowl and mix well.
- Cover with a plate and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
- Stir, place plate back on and microwave an additional 2 minutes.
- Let sit, covered, for about five minutes while remaining water absorbs.
