- 1.5lb ground chicken
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1.2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dried herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, italian seasoning, parsley... your choice!)
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In it's absence, spray with cooking spray.
