Mexican Soup Recipes
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Mix all taco seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat up a skillet over medium high heat, and add in a tablespoon of oil. Add in the ground beef and break it up with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Let it cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes, then give it a stir. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully browned.
- Stir in seasonings, tomato sauce and a little water. Mix everything well and simmer for a couple of minutes.
