    25 BEST Asian Side Dishes

    This collection of Asian Side Dishes includes a variety of recipes from all around the continent. We love these marinated Korean eggs:

    Ingredients

    • 5 soft boiled eggs
    • 1/2 cup soy sauce
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup honey or sugar
    • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 3-4 scallions, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
    • 1 green chili, chopped
    • 1 red chili, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

    Instructions

      1. Mix in all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl.
      2. Peel the eggs and put them in a container (that has a lid to cover). Pour the marinade over the eggs. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
