- 5 soft boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey or sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3-4 scallions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Mix in all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl.
- Peel the eggs and put them in a container (that has a lid to cover). Pour the marinade over the eggs. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
