    30+ BEST Cookout Side Dishes

    This collection of easy Cookout Side Dishes will help all of your summer gatherings be the best ever!

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
    • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
    • 1 cup carrot, shredded
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1.5 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
    • 1 Tbsp sugar
    • salt, to taste
    • pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    1. Mix together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
    2. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrot and dressing.
    3. Taste and adjust sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to your liking.
    4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
