        • No offense, but I really, REALLY wish people would provide more American recipes. I’m not remotely interested in fried plantains and I don’t even know where I’d get them. Latkes? Are you kidding me? I just wanted something FAST and EASY for a stupid hamburger that wasn’t French fries.
