    What to Cook While Vegan

    This collection of easy Vegan Recipes has plenty of tasty plant based dishes for you to cook. We love this super easy black bean chili:

    Ingredients

    • 3 15.5 oz cans black beans
    • 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
    • 1 small onion
    • 2 bell peppers
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 1 cup vegetable stock
    • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 Tbsp chili powder
    • 1 Tbsp cumin powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

    Instructions

      1. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat.
      2. Chop onion, peppers and garlic. Add to heated pan and sauté 5 minutes.
      3. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to low boil, reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
