    30 BEST Moroccan Recipes

    This collection of Moroccan Recipes will dazzle your taste buds with the variety of great flavors. We love this easy Moroccan chicken dish:

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup harissa paste
    • 1/2 cup yogurt
    • 1 Tbsp honey
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
    • 10-12 baby potatoes, halved
    • 2 large carrots, cut into large chunks
    • 1 can chickpeas, drained
    • 1/4 cup golden raisins

    Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, mix harissa, yogurt, honey and olive oil. Add in chicken, potatoes and carrots. Mix well till everything is nicely coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
    2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    3. Toss chickpeas into chicken mixture, then transfer everything into an oven safe dish. Bake for one hour, or until chicken is tender.
