    • Season your chicken. In addition to whatever seasonings go in the dish, it’s best to season the chicken first with salt and pepper.
    • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of your chicken. This is the most accurate way to ensure that your chicken is cooked through.
    • Cook your chicken to the correct temperature. 165°F is the safe internal temperature for chicken. However, for very tender chicken thigh meat, we prefer to cook to 180°F.
    • Make your cleanup easier. If you are cooking your boneless chicken thighs in the oven, line the baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleanup easier.
    • Let your chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender.

    25+BEST Boneless Chicken Thigh Recipes

    This collection of easy Boneless Chicken Thigh Recipes includes plenty of tasty and nutritious weeknight meals to cook for your family.


    • 1.5lbs chicken thighs, cut into bite size chunks
    • 3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
    • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
    • 4 garlic, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 -1 tsp red chili flakes
    • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
    • salt to taste
    • 1-2 Tbsp oil


    1. Combine teriyaki sauce, chopped garlic, orange marmalade, red chili flakes, ground pepper, sesame oil in a bowl and add in chicken pieces. Marinate it at least 2 hours to overnight in the refrigerator.
    2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, along with marinade, and cook about 15-20 minutes until golden brown, stirring often.
    3. Season it with salt and pepper according to taste.
