- 6 blue crabs
- 1/2 cup salt
- 3 Tbsp old bay seasoning
- 2 lemons, sliced
- Fill a large stock pot 3/4 full of water. Stir in salt, old bay and lemon slices. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Using tongs, add blue crabs to the pot. Cover, and cook 15-20 minutes, until the crabs have turned orange.
- Remove crabs and place in ice bath.
