    Wondering what to serve with Salmon Patties? This collection of 25 sides for salmon patties has something for everyone!

    Ingredients

    • 4 slices bacon
    • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
    • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1.5 Tbsp Creole seasoning
    • 4 cups corn kernels
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • salt, to taste

    Instructions

    1. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat, then remove to a plate. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the bacon grease.
    2. Add the chopped peppers and onion, along with Creole seasoning.
    3. Sauté for a few minutes, till they start to soften, then add the corn. Sauté for an additional 10 minutes.
    4. Stir in heavy cream, and cook till it heats up.
    5. Add in crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
