This collection of easy Oyster Recipes includes plenty of great appetizers, easy weeknight dinners and special occasion meals! Here is a basic recipe for grilled oysters:
Ingredients
- 16 whole live oysters
- 3 Tbsp butter
- Your favorite seasonings
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small pan and mix in your favorite seasonings.
- Shuck the oysters, spoon some butter mixture on each oyster.
- Place oysters on a grill preheated to 450 degrees. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the edges of oysters curl slightly.
