    The 20 BEST Oyster Recipes

    This collection of easy Oyster Recipes includes plenty of great appetizers, easy weeknight dinners and special occasion meals! Here is a basic recipe for grilled oysters:

    Ingredients

    • 16 whole live oysters
    • 3 Tbsp butter
    • Your favorite seasonings

    Instructions

    1. Melt butter in a small pan and mix in your favorite seasonings.
    2. Shuck the oysters, spoon some butter mixture on each oyster.
    3. Place oysters on a grill preheated to 450 degrees. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the edges of oysters curl slightly.
