    The 35 BEST Low Calorie Mains

    This great collection of Low Calorie Meals will help you eat healthy dinners while still enjoying great flavors! This easy black bean chili is less than 300 calories per serving!


    • 3 15.5 oz cans black beans
    • 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
    • 1 small onion
    • 2 bell peppers (I used one red and one green)
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 1 cup vegetable stock
    • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 Tbsp chili powder
    • 1 Tbsp cumin powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 Tbsp cooking oil


      1. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat.
      2. Chop onion, peppers and garlic. Add to heated pan and sauté 5 minutes.
      3. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to low boil, reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
